Healthy fall recipe 🎃🥣
10-minute pumpkin soup, because eating well shouldn’t be complicated.
You’ll need:
🎃 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling)
🥣 1 cup low-sodium broth
🥛 ½ cup milk (unsweetened plant milk works too)
✨ ½ tsp cinnamon
🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Make it:
Whisk everything in a pot. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Top with pumpkin seeds.
Pumpkin is a good source of vitamin A, and this soup keeps sodium low. Save this one for a busy weeknight!
