I wanted to introduce myself to you and share a little about my life and background. I am 37 years old, married to an amazing husband and we have 3 wonderful children. Our oldest son is 17, our daughter is 14 and our youngest son is 11. I originally obtained my massage license in Florida where we lived for 5 years. I went to Pensacola School of Massage Therapy and Body Work in 2004. After I gradua

ted, i started shadowing a LMT at a chiropractic office who had been licensed for many years. I really wanted to learn and expand on all aspects of massage therapy. I then started working for a chripractor full time and found that I loved the chiropractic massages and the great healing benefit of them. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge while I was there. We are now living in Jacksonville where we moved back to in 2008. I have worked in jacksonville as a massage therapist since 2008 and now am part owner of Breathe Spa & Wellness Center that we opened in 2021. I have done extensive training courses over the last 17 years in many types of massage. While I offer many modalities, I specialize in deep tissue and injury care, as well as hot and cold therapy. I hope I will get the pleasure of meeting all of you.

And this is what it takes to clean the head spa! 1 hr total cleaning time…. Which is why I won’t take more than 2 in a day…. Cleanliness is always number 1 in my book … I don’t use the underneath water tank so your water is ALWAYS fresh and not recycled …. Check out all head spas you get done and make sure they are following proper cleaning protocols!
