THE 9–5ER ✨
You work all day. Your mornings are early. Your evenings are full. And somehow you’re still supposed to strength train, get your steps, stretch, manage stress, work on mobility, protect your bones, strengthen your core AND sleep eight hours a night. Cool cool cool. 😂
So here’s how we’d actually build a routine for you at JAX.
The goal isn’t to do everything every day. It’s to create a week that gives your body a little bit of everything it needs.
🧘 Yoga: Pick 1–2 classes from the options shown. Maybe Empower when you want to move, Yin or Nourish when you need to slow down, or Half Moon somewhere in between.
✨ Pilates: Start with 1–2 classes per week. Reformer, mobility, stretch or mat all count. Pilates gives you that beautiful combination of core strength, stability, posture, mobility and control.
💪 Strength: Once you’ve settled into your routine, aim for 1–2 strength sessions each week. This is especially important as we get older, when maintaining muscle and bone strength becomes less of an aesthetic goal and much more about how we want to live 10, 20 and 30 years from now.
🚶 Cardio: It does not have to be complicated. Walk. Ten minutes counts. Thirty minutes is wonderful. Take a lunch walk, walk after dinner, or add one on the days you aren’t at JAX.
A week might look like Monday yoga, Tuesday strength, Wednesday Pilates, Thursday walk, Friday rest, Saturday reformer, Sunday Nourish.
Or it might look completely different.
The best schedule isn’t the one that looks perfect on paper. It’s the one that actually fits your life well enough that you keep doing it.
And for our 9–5ers, that is exactly why we have early mornings, evenings, weekends AND online workouts available. 🤍
Save this one and use it to build your week. ✨
