Gratitude for all who joined me on our Rooted in Wellness hike at Hammocks Beach State Park!!

We had a wonderful time exploring the beauty of local nature, learning about medicinal/healing properties of native trees and plants, engaging in grounding practices to connect with the Earth and sampling homemade tea that we made from leaves collected on our walk!

Being in nature provides us with a wide variety of physical, emotional and spiritual benefits and no matter where we live, there is abundant beauty all around. Sometimes we have to
look a little deeper and widen our perspective to see it , but it is always around us.
