Meet Dr. Adriana! 🙌🏼

Dr. Adriana Posada is a licensed and nationally board certified Acupuncture Physician who strongly believes in the body’s natural healing powers and its connections with the mind, spirit and nature. She has practiced acupuncture for over 12 years. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, and came to Eastern medicine out of her own experiences and curiosity for how and why things work.

She is trained in extensive diagnostic techniques with strong emphasis on Contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagnosis that helps her understand the underlying root cause of her patient’s health conditions. She focuses her advanced studies in classical acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, Gua sha, cupping, auricular therapy, food therapy, and emotional and preventative health.

Dr. Adriana has enjoyed collaborating with our acupuncture team treatment approach at the Acupuncture & Holistic Health Center since 2022.
