Interesting... Paramedics usually notice how IV-friendly your veins are, even if you are not their patient. So more than likely, they are not looking at you in a romantic or weird way, they are probably thinking about your veins and ways to save your life. Paramedics, do you agree? Interesting facts. Did you know ambulances were first used for emergency transport in Spain in 1487? Back in the day, horses and wagons were used as emergency transportation for hurt soldiers on battlefields. We have come a long way. We have a fleet of trucks for our ambulances that get our patients to and from their medical appointments.
