Week 7 • Day 5: The Peace of Letting Go

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

There is a quiet freedom that comes when we stop trying to control everything.

So much of our suffering comes from holding on…

Holding on to outcomes.

Holding on to expectations.

Holding on to the belief that life should unfold exactly the way we planned.

The Crown Chakra gently reminds us that while we cannot control every circumstance, we can choose how we meet each moment.

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up.

It doesn’t mean becoming passive or pretending you don’t care.

It means releasing the need to force life into a shape it was never meant to take.

It means trusting that even when the path isn’t clear, you can still take the next step.

Trust doesn’t require certainty.

It only asks for openness.

When we loosen our grip on what we cannot control, we create space for peace to enter.

Sometimes the greatest act of faith is simply taking a deep breath and saying:

“I don’t have to have it all figured out today.”

And that’s enough.

Week 7 • Day 4: We Are All Connected

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

One of the greatest gifts of the Crown Chakra is the reminder that we are never truly separate.

Even when we feel lonely…
Even when life feels overwhelming…
Even when we believe no one understands…

We are connected.

Connected to nature.

Connected to one another.

Connected to every breath that has ever been taken.

Connected to something greater than ourselves—however we choose to understand that.

The Crown Chakra invites us to look beyond our individual stories and remember that we are part of something beautifully interconnected.

When we recognize this connection, something begins to soften.

Comparison becomes compassion.

Judgment becomes understanding.

Fear begins to make room for love.

We realize that every act of kindness creates a ripple.

Every smile matters.

Every encouraging word has the power to change someone’s day.

Every moment of presence strengthens not only ourselves but the world around us.

Connection doesn’t require perfection.

It simply asks us to remain open.

Week 7 • Day 3: Finding Peace in the Present

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

How much of your life is spent somewhere other than where you are?

Thinking about yesterday…
Planning for tomorrow…
Replaying conversations…
Imagining worst-case scenarios…

Our minds are wonderful tools, but they often pull us away from the only moment we can truly experience—the present one.

The Crown Chakra reminds us that peace isn’t found when life becomes perfect.

Peace is found when we fully arrive in the moment we are already living.

This doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay.

It means allowing yourself to experience this moment exactly as it is, without needing to fix it, resist it, or rush through it.

When we practice presence, we begin to notice the beauty we’ve been walking past all along.

The warmth of the sun.

The sound of birds singing.

A deep breath filling our lungs.

The smile of a stranger.

The quiet rhythm of our own heartbeat.

These ordinary moments become extraordinary when we are fully awake to them.

Presence is where gratitude grows.

Presence is where healing begins.

Presence is where life happens.

Week 7 • Day 2: Trusting the Wisdom Within

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

As we move deeper into the energy of the Crown Chakra, we’re invited to remember something we often forget:

The wisdom you seek isn’t somewhere outside of you.

So often we look for answers from other people, books, social media, or the next course, hoping someone else will tell us the “right” path.

While guidance can be incredibly valuable, there comes a point when we must become quiet enough to hear our own inner knowing.

The Crown Chakra isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about learning to trust the quiet wisdom that arises when the mind becomes still.

That wisdom rarely shouts.

It often arrives as a gentle feeling…
A moment of clarity…
A deep sense of peace…
Or simply the realization that you already know your next step.

Meditation helps us create space to recognize that voice.

Not the voice of fear.
Not the voice of self-doubt.
But the calm, steady presence beneath all the mental noise.

7-Week Meditation Journey – Week 7, Day 1

Living Meditation: Bringing Mindfulness Into Everyday Life

For many people, meditation begins as something we do.

We sit down.
We close our eyes.
We focus on our breath.

But over time, something beautiful begins to happen…

Meditation becomes less about the moments spent on the cushion and more about the way we move through our lives.

✨ It shows up in the deep breath you take before responding in frustration.

✨ It shows up when you truly listen to someone instead of planning what you’ll say next.

✨ It shows up when you pause to notice the warmth of the sun, the sound of the rain, or the smile on a loved one’s face.

Mindfulness isn’t reserved for quiet rooms and peaceful music.

It can be practiced while washing dishes.
While walking your dog.
While drinking your morning coffee.
While waiting in line.
While driving.
While taking one slow breath between meetings.

Every ordinary moment holds an opportunity to wake up and be fully present.

The more we practice, the more we begin to realize that meditation isn’t something separate from life.

It is life—lived with awareness

SUMMER CHAKRA SERIES • WEEK 6 • DAY 7

Third Eye Chakra Integration Challenge

Over the past week, we’ve explored the Third Eye Chakra—the energy center of intuition, wisdom, self-awareness, insight, and inner guidance.

Together we’ve practiced:

💜 Trusting our intuition

💜 Creating moments of stillness

💜 Quieting the constant chatter of the mind

💜 Reflecting through journaling

💜 Seeing ourselves with greater compassion

💜 Living each day with intention and awareness

Now it’s time to bring everything together.

The Third Eye Chakra reminds us that wisdom isn’t something we find.

It’s something we uncover.

It’s revealed each time we pause before reacting.

Each time we choose curiosity over judgment.

Each time we trust ourselves just a little more than we did yesterday.

Your intuition doesn’t need to be perfect.

It simply needs to be heard.

The more you practice listening inward, the more clearly your path begins to unfold.

Third Eye Chakra Integration Challenge

Choose one activity from each category:

🧘 Be Still

Spend ten quiet minutes in meditation or simply sitting in silence.

📖 Reflect

Write about one lesson you’ve learned about yourself this week.

🌿 Observe

Throughout the day, notice moments when your intuition gently speaks to you.

✨ Trust

Make one small decision today by listening to your inner wisdom before seeking outside opinions.

💜 Imagine

Spend a few minutes visualizing the person you’re becoming and how you want to move through the world.

Affirmations

💜 I trust the wisdom that lives within me.

💜 My intuition grows stronger through awareness.

💜 I welcome clarity with an open mind and an open heart.

💜 I honor my inner guidance with confidence.

💜 I see my path unfolding one step at a time.

As you finish this week, take a moment to appreciate how much you’ve grown.

You’ve learned to slow down.

You’ve practiced listening instead of rushing.

You’ve reflected with honesty.

You’ve strengthened your ability to trust yourself.

Perhaps you’ve discovered something important along the way:

The answers you seek don’t always come from outside of you.

Often, they’ve been quietly waiting within you all along.

The Third Eye Chakra teaches us that wisdom isn’t about knowing everything.

It’s about becoming willing to see clearly—with curiosity, compassion, and an open heart.

SUMMER CHAKRA SERIES • WEEK 6 • DAY 6

Living with Intention and Insight

Intuition isn’t something we use only for life’s biggest decisions.

It’s something we practice every day.

The Third Eye Chakra reminds us that wisdom is built through countless small moments of awareness.

Every time we pause before reacting…

Every time we notice our thoughts without believing every one of them…

Every time we choose curiosity instead of fear…

We strengthen our connection with our inner wisdom.

Living with insight doesn’t mean having all the answers.

It means becoming willing to pay attention.

Pay attention to how your body feels.

Pay attention to your emotions.

Pay attention to the patterns that continue showing up in your life.

Pay attention to the moments that bring peace—and the ones that drain your energy.

Our intuition often speaks through these subtle experiences long before our logical mind catches up.

The Third Eye Chakra teaches us that awareness is one of our greatest teachers.

When we become more aware, we make more intentional choices.

And those intentional choices slowly shape a life that feels authentic, peaceful, and aligned.

Remember…

Living intuitively doesn’t require perfection.

You’ll still make mistakes.

You’ll still question yourself sometimes.

That’s part of being human.

The goal isn’t to always “get it right.”

The goal is to become someone who trusts themselves enough to keep learning.

SUMMER CHAKRA SERIES • WEEK 6 • DAY 5

Reflection Creates Wisdom

We often spend so much time moving from one task to the next that we rarely stop to ask ourselves an important question:

“What am I learning?”

The Third Eye Chakra reminds us that wisdom doesn’t come simply from having experiences.

It comes from taking time to reflect on them.

Self-reflection allows us to notice patterns.

To celebrate growth.

To recognize habits that no longer serve us.

And to better understand the person we’re becoming.

When we slow down and become curious about our thoughts, emotions, and choices, we begin to see ourselves with greater clarity and compassion.

Reflection isn’t about criticizing ourselves.

It’s about learning from ourselves.

Every experience—whether joyful or challenging—has something to teach us.

Sometimes the lesson is patience.

Sometimes it’s courage.

Sometimes it’s discovering that we are far stronger than we realized.

The Third Eye Chakra invites us to become students of our own lives.

Not with judgment.

But with curiosity.

The more we understand ourselves, the easier it becomes to make choices that align with our values and support our well-being.

As you move through today, remember:

You are not the same person you were a year ago.

Or even a month ago.

Growth often happens so gradually that we don’t notice it until we pause long enough to look back.

Take a moment to honor how far you’ve come.

Celebrate the lessons you’ve learned.

And trust that every step—even the difficult ones—has helped shape the person you are becoming.

Your story is still unfolding.

And every reflection helps illuminate the path ahead.

SUMMER CHAKRA SERIES • WEEK 6 • DAY 4 💜

Trusting Your Inner Wisdom

Have you ever had a feeling that something wasn’t quite right…

Or that a certain opportunity felt exactly right…

Even before you could explain why?

That quiet knowing is often what we call intuition.

The Third Eye Chakra reminds us that intuition isn’t magic.

It’s the wisdom that grows from experience, self-awareness, mindfulness, and learning to listen to ourselves.

Many of us have been taught to ignore that inner voice.

We second-guess ourselves.

We look to everyone else for answers.

We convince ourselves that we need more information before making a decision.

While seeking advice can be helpful, there comes a point when only you can decide what feels aligned with your life.

Your intuition doesn’t replace thoughtful decision-making.

It works alongside it.

Logic helps us gather information.

Intuition helps us recognize what resonates.

Together, they create wisdom.

One of the greatest barriers to intuition is noise.

The constant notifications.

The endless opinions.

The pressure to always have the “right” answer.

When our minds are constantly busy, it becomes difficult to hear our own inner guidance.

The Third Eye Chakra invites us to create moments of quiet.

Not because silence gives us the answers…

But because silence helps us hear them.

As you move through today, remember:

Your intuition isn’t always loud.

It often arrives as a quiet sense of peace.

A feeling of curiosity.

A gentle nudge toward what is aligned.

The more you practice listening, the more familiar that voice becomes.

Your inner wisdom has been walking beside you all along.

Today, choose to trust it just a little more than you did yesterday

SUMMER CHAKRA SERIES • WEEK 6 • DAY 3

Yoga for the Third Eye Chakra

The Third Eye Chakra isn’t opened by force.

It awakens through presence.

Unlike some of the lower chakras that are activated through movement and action, the Third Eye Chakra invites us to slow down, become still, and cultivate awareness.

Its wisdom often appears in quiet moments.

In deep breaths.

In meditation.

In the pause between thoughts.

When we create space for stillness, we create space to hear ourselves more clearly.

Yoga offers us an opportunity to quiet the constant chatter of the mind and reconnect with our inner wisdom.

The goal isn’t to stop thinking.

The goal is to notice our thoughts without becoming consumed by them.

As the mind becomes calmer, clarity naturally begins to emerge.

Some wonderful practices to support the Third Eye Chakra include:

💜 Child’s Pose (Balasana)

A grounding posture that encourages introspection and surrender.

💜 Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

Invites the mind to quiet while encouraging deep, steady breathing.

💜 Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani)

A restorative pose that calms the nervous system and encourages mental clarity.

As you move through today, remember:

You don’t have to figure everything out all at once.

Not every answer arrives through effort.

Some arrive through presence.

When you slow down enough to truly listen, your intuition has room to speak.

And often, it already knows the next step.
