We’re officially embarking on the “ber” months.
The months where emotions can feel a little heavier.
The months where grief can get loud.
The months where loneliness can feel unforgettable.
The months where memories, holidays, traditions, and the absence of certain people can hit a little differently.
The months where the weather changes, and sometimes, so do our moods.
There’s actually a connection between seasonal changes and mental health. Seasonal depression, or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), commonly begins in the late fall and winter months as daylight decreases.
So if these months feel a little different for you, be gentle with yourself.
- love you🤍
