As part of the certification, at least 80% of staff completed specialized training to better recruit, support, and empower neurodivergent employees, including those who are autistic, have ADHD, or are dyslexic.

As a workforce development organization, iCan Dream Center is committed to creating opportunities that recognize the strengths, skills, and goals of neurodivergent individuals.
