Our Fresh from the Farm celebration was an absolute success! A heartfelt thank-you to Choice Hospice, Harbor Hospice, Heart to Heart, Heritage Homehealth, Kindful Health and Oceans Lufkin for coming to our facility and making this day so special.

Our residents had the best time shopping, socializing and enjoying a wonderful variety of fresh fruit! Your generosity, time and love brought so many smiles to our Legacy family. We truly appreciate each of you for helping us create such a fun and memorable experience! 💚🧺

This week, we wanted to show a little extra appreciation for our amazing Administrator. We are so grateful for her leadership, dedication, and the positive impact she has on our team every day.
