ONE WEEK AWAY from the August Power of Play NEXT Friday, August 7 from 6-8pm at Earth Salt Stone ❤️ If you haven’t registered, we are filling up fast. Make time, THIS month for yourself to practice play. Especially if you feel/think like:
- You can’t imagine playing with what you have happening in your life.
- You’ve been wanting to do this but keep saying “I’ll sign up for next month.”
- You’re hesitant not knowing what we’ll be doing.
- You aren’t feeling happy, joyful, playful.
- You’ve been crying and feeling absolutely lost and hopeless...this is especially for YOU.

How do I know? This is how I have been feeling in my life the last few months as I deal with some hard, unwanted transitions, truths, and medical things. I’ve OFTEN wondered “how do I show up for these folks to share THIS workshop AND be authentic when I’ve been struggling???” My answer is that I invite YOU to come as you are and I’ll come as I am. OK?!?! The beauty is that we create a container where we can place our anxieties, worries, pains outside for 2 hours so we can remember who we TRULY ARE at our core. We remember ourselves as a child, free, no worries, no responsibilities. It’s only for 2 hours and it will bring you life, resilience, and hope for many, many more.

This is an all-accessible class that is for every BODY and EVERYbody! This is not a yoga specific based workshop, no yoga experience is needed, and this can all be done in a chair.

Even a week after our last Power of Play workshop Earth Salt Stone I am still smiling ear to ear about what took place. Thank you to everyone who showed up open to try new things and ready to play!! Look at these faces of big kids. As wonderful as the pictures are they don’t represent half the energy and joy that took place! I am so passionate about this work and am honored to share with souls looking for more light in their life…it’s all within! As we open up to working on the grief and pain in our lives we equally open up space for joy and love. Just like a muscle and the use it or lose it concept we must practice joy, happiness, gratitude, LOVE. So come join us and practice in a safe, mindful, no judgement zone. Let ALL of your emotions be free to be!!!!!

The AUGUST Power of Play workshop is scheduled for Friday, August 7 from 6-8pm at Earth Salt Stone where the theme is DISCO!! Registration is already open! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It would be wonderful to welcome you to the June Power of Play Workshop this Friday, June 5 from 6-8pm at Earth Salt Stone where we create balance by practicing play!! We use several techniques such as laughter yoga and music, along with many props and games to support a playful, freeing experience. Don’t worry if you have any nervousness; I assure you that you will not be the only one. We begin slowly in the salt cave and anti-gravity chairs to ease our adult self into the space. ❤️ If your heart feels heavy or like you don’t have time to play then this safe space is particularly…for…you. ❤️
