Nickolas Ray Speck, 47, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on August 27, 2026.

Nickolas was born on October 4, 1978 in Little Rock, AR. Throughout his life, he was surrounded by a family who loved him deeply, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Nickolas is survived by his father, Allen Ray Speck; his mother, Helen Laverne Speck; his sister, Tiffany Maria Hardy; his son, Jonathan Speck; and his daughter, Abigail Speck. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces, Madison and Paisley; his great-niece, Ky'Omi; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will cherish his memory.

At only 47 years old, Nickolas leaves behind a life that will be remembered not simply by the years he lived, but through the people who loved him and the memories they shared with him.

Kenneth Wayne Mattingly, age 75, passed away on August 20, 2026. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 28, 1951, to James L Mattingly and Mary Morris-Bland.

Kenneth enjoyed hunting, reading fishing, laughing, playing dominoes, fixing things and watching his western movies. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, his mother and stepfather Arnold Bland, his siblings Frank Mattingly, Jim Underwood, Phyllis Burris, his brother-in-law Bill McCubbin, and his niece Emily Mattingly.

He is survived by his daughter Erica Barber; and his grandchildren Brooklyn McGahee and Braden Gaines; his sisters Brenda Joyce McCubbin and Marilyn Morgan; siblings-in-law Jerry Burris, Linus Underwood, and JoAnn Mattingly; his ex-wife Teresa McClendon; and many and extended family and friends.

Donna Marie Dare, 81, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away August 28, 2026. She was born April 16, 1945, in Washington to the late Joseph Grabher and Irene Meyer-Grabher.

Donna was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She was an extraordinary baker and loved teaching others to bake. Her passion was nursing and she worked as an LPN for 21 years, mostly working in the operating room. Donna then continued her career working another 22 years for the State of Arkansas in the Department of Health and Hospice. She was very involved in Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church. She was always helping others and absolutely loved dancing.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Dare, and her brother Joseph Grabher.

In Loving Memory of Michael Albert Burns
Michael Albert Burns, age 63, passed away peacefully after a long illness on August 13, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife, Julie Burns (Russell), family, friends, and the extraordinary caregivers who stood faithfully by his side and cared for him as one of their own.

Michael was born on September 19, 1962, to Richard Albert Burns and Emma Lee Burns (Decker). To all who knew him, Michael was a unique, loving, and caring individual who left a lasting impression on the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Throughout his life, Michael worked in many different fields, but two chapters of his career held a special place in his heart. His military service as a helicopter pilot and mechanic was a source of great pride, as was his later career as a surgical assistant. Both careers reflected his dedication, skill, and desire to serve others.

Allison Christian Burke, lovingly known to most as Alli, and to a special few as “Miss A”, passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 26.

Alli was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, and friend whose life, though far too short, left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know and love her.

More than anything, Alli was deeply loved by her family, She leaves behind her parents, Matt and Stepnanie Ray; her siblings, Kobe (Delany) Burke, Rachel Ray, and Ryan Ray; her grandfather, George Ray; her grandmother, Kathy Burke; her aunt, Amy Ray; her uncle, Jeremiah (Cristin) Burke; her aunt, Michelle (Jon) Bline; and a host of extended family.

Among the greatest joys of Allison’s life were her four nieces, who were truly the light of her life: Hayden, Harper, and Harlow Burke, and Silone Ray. The love she had for each of them was unmistakable, and the memories they made together will be treasured forever.
