A little housekeeping at Savvy 💋
I want to take a moment to address something that’s become increasingly challenging as my business continues to grow: last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.
I am incredibly grateful to have a busy schedule and so many wonderful clients who trust me with their care. However, a fully booked week can quickly turn into a schedule full of gaps when appointments are canceled at the last minute.
When I reserve time for you, that time is yours. I plan my workday, my family schedule, and my availability for other clients around those appointments.
And unfortunately, once that time is lost, I can’t get it back.
Moving forward, Savvy will be implementing an updated cancellation and rescheduling policy, including a 48-hour notice requirement and fees for late cancellations and missed appointments. A card will be required to be on file to book an appointment with me.
But I also believe accountability goes both ways.
If I ever have to unexpectedly reschedule your confirmed appointment because of illness, a family emergency, or a conflict involving my little one with 24-48 hours notice, you’ll receive a $25 credit toward your rescheduled treatment. 🤍
Because your time matters to me, too.
I will always understand that life happens. I’m a mom, a business owner, and a human being before anything else. I simply ask that we extend that same understanding and respect to one another.
Thank you for continuing to support this little business of mine. I love taking care of you, and I want to keep doing it for a very long time.
XOXO,
Savanna 💋
