You’re not struggling with fat loss. You’re just not controlling your intake.
You didn’t gain 50 lbs from hormones. You gained it from consistently eating more than you burn. Yeah, hormones, stress, and metabolism matter, but none of them override energy balance.
Most people don’t want to hear that because it means taking ownership. Tracking isn’t “toxic.” Consistency isn’t “extreme.” You’re just avoiding the one thing that actually works.
The truth is simple. Not easy, but simple. If you fixed your habits for 8-12 weeks, your body would change. Period.
