You’re not struggling with fat loss. You’re just not controlling your intake.

You didn’t gain 50 lbs from hormones. You gained it from consistently eating more than you burn. Yeah, hormones, stress, and metabolism matter, but none of them override energy balance.

Most people don’t want to hear that because it means taking ownership. Tracking isn’t “toxic.” Consistency isn’t “extreme.” You’re just avoiding the one thing that actually works.

The truth is simple. Not easy, but simple. If you fixed your habits for 8-12 weeks, your body would change. Period.

Unpopular opinion: most guys asking about gear haven’t even scratched the surface of what their body can actually do naturally.

10 years minimum. Real programming. Real nutrition. Real recovery. Then we can have that conversation.

The shortcuts you’re chasing are just proof you don’t trust the process yet. And that’s a mindset problem, not a hormone problem.

I’ve seen it end careers and mess up 22 year old bodies that had everything ahead of them.

Do the work first. Prove it to yourself first.
