🕊️ It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sheryl Denise Mosley, 66, of Jacksonville, Florida. A woman whose presence carried strength, grace, wisdom, and love, she leaves behind a legacy that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Though our hearts are heavy, we thank God for the life she lived, the love she shared, and the memories that will continue to comfort her family and friends during this difficult season. Her fight is finished, her race is complete, and her faith remains her victory.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. George Shubert, 67, of Jacksonville, Florida.

George “Big G” Shubert, born on November 23, 1958, was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was the second eldest of nine children born to Barbara Jean Watkins and George Shubert Sr.

George was widely known for his zesty personality—full of life, laughter, and energy—which made him a familiar and cherished presence throughout the Grand Park community. His ability to connect with others and bring joy into any space made him unforgettable.

During his early years, George showcased his talents as a band member at Donnell Cookman School and later attended Paxton High School. His love for music and community stayed with him throughout his life.

Following high school, George built strong connections through his work at Hunter’s, Beaver Street Fishery, and Gridiron Grill. It was in these spaces that he met many friends who became like family, forming bonds that lasted a lifetime.

George was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Watkins; his father, George Shubert Sr.; his sister, Mary Lamar; and his brothers, Richard Shubert and Ronnie Shubert.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving siblings: Delinda Watkins; Vanessa Holsey (Michael); Darcy Shubert (Niesha); and Regina Archie (Derrick), and Donald Watkins. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Donetria Watkins, who held a special place in his heart. George is further survived by his special friend, Paula Brown, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will deeply miss his presence.

George “Big G” Shubert will be remembered for his warmth, his humor, and the light he brought into the lives of others. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Leron Jones, who left us on April 16, 2026, in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Born on August 13, 1998, Leron lived a life marked by love, laughter, and an enduring passion for the people and activities that filled his heart with joy.

A proud High School Graduate, Leron was deeply connected to his roots in Jacksonville—a place where he was born, raised, and ultimately called home until his untimely departure at the age of 27. His genuine love for his family and friends was evident to all who knew him. Those bonds, along with his dedication to his motorcycle family, defined much of his life’s journey. Riding motorcycles was more than a hobby to Leron; it was a way to connect, to feel the freedom of the open road, and to share countless memories with those he cherished most.

Leron’s passing leaves a void that words cannot fully express. He was admired not only for his spirited nature but also for the warmth and loyalty he extended to everyone around him. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those blessed to have known him.

Services to honor and celebrate Leron’s life will be held beginning with a viewing on May 1, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Leon A. White Cremations & Funeral Home located at 5512 Wesconnett Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32244. The funeral service will follow on May 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at New Life Community United Methodist Church, situated at 11100 Wingate Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218, concluding at 12:00 PM.

As we gather to remember Leron, may we hold close the memory of his zest for life, his steadfast loyalty, and the vibrant love he had for those he called family. Though he has departed this earthly journey, the imprint of his vibrant soul will remain an enduring light, guiding and inspiring us in the days ahead. Rest in peace, dear Leron, surrounded by the love you so freely gave. You will be deeply missed, forever treasured, and never forgotten.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Sheila Ann Davis-Montgomery, 77, of Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Sheila Ann Davis Montgomery, a devoted mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on August 11, 1948, in Houston, Texas to the late Thomas Leroy Davis, and Robbie Lee Middleton. Ms. Davis-Montgomery lived a life marked by dedication, compassion, and service to others.

A proud high school graduate, Ms. Davis-Montgomery pursued a career that reflected her commitment to the well-being of others. She served as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, working diligently in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Her expertise and compassionate care touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues throughout her career.

Sheila Davis-Montgomery’s legacy is not only found in her professional achievements but also in the deep love and support she provided to her family. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Elisha Arriazola, who carry forward her spirit of kindness and strength. Her grandchildren – Cecilia Cano, Christyn "Luigi" Arriazola, Robbi Garcia, Maggie Dickson, Thomas Montgomery, Tres Charles Dickson, and Richard “Joey” Dickson – were a source of immense joy and pride for her, each holding a special place in her heart.

In addition to her children and grandchildren, Ms. Davis-Montgomery is survived by her sister, Edith Harris, who shared a lifelong bond with her.

Ms. Davis-Montgomery will be remembered for the warmth she extended to all who knew her, her unwavering dedication as a caregiver, and the enduring love she imparted to her family and friends. Her passing leaves a profound void, but her memory will remain a guiding light for those who were fortunate to know her.
