Last week, we had a lymphedema patient in the office for an intesive round of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). She brought sweets for the team and wanted to share this:

“I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Granzow and his entire team. They’ve truly gone above and beyond, clearing their schedules to make sure I could complete this intensive CDT therapy the right way. Everyone has been so kind, encouraging, and dedicated to helping me achieve the best possible outcome. Bringing a small thank-you for the staff was the least I could do to show my appreciation.”

We look forward to the day she'll return for surgery.

Our patient Laura has been a patient of Dr. Granzow's since 2023. She returned to Jacksonville this month for LVA bypass surgery and posed for a pic in our lobby with our CLT, Lindsey.

As the photo she provided shows, Laura is a busy mom with a supportive husband and 3 handsome young sons. Here's what she wanted to share with our followers:

I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to have these surgeries, they have truly been life changing. I feel more confident and more able to keep up with my 3 boys to be the mom I want to be. I couldn’t have made it happen without the entire team at Dr. Granzow’s office - advocating for me to our insurance company, long hours in the OR, and the precision of finding me perfectly fit garments." Our Physician Assistant Samantha came into the office with her husband and their new bundle of joy last week. We took a quick group photo with some of his new "aunties" before he realized what we were up to.

Congrats to the new parents. New babies are the best!

Strike the pose! If the Hallmark Channel can do it, why can't we? Carson and Dr. G celebrated "Christmas in July" this week showing off their holiday scrub caps! Don't worry, we haven't attached a holiday movie to watch, but we wanted you to know that we were merry and bright in the OR - and we'll rest up on embracing scrub cap themes for a bit. Dr. Granzow, Amy and Max spent some time last week enjoying the sites surrounding the big 250th Birthday Celebration in our nation's capital. As you can see, they got totally into a reenactment of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and downed some massive turkey legs. And yes, we noticed that Max has sprouted taller than his mom in recent months AND that Dr. G has a nice array of patriotic shirts!
