IT'S GOOD TO KNOW
1) The stomach gets scared when you skip breakfast.
2) The kidneys get scared when we don't drink 10 cups of water in 24 hours.
3) The gallbladder gets scared when you don't sleep by 11 pm and don't wake up at sunrise.
4) The small intestines get upset when you eat cold and late food.
5) The colon gets scared when you eat a lot of fried and spicy food.
6) The lungs deteriorate when you breathe in smoke and dirty environmental air.
7) The liver is just shocked by heavy fried food.
8) The heart gets scared when you eat food with a lot of salt and cholesterol.
9) The pancreas gets scared when you eat too much sugar.
10) The eyes get sick when working with a cellphone or computer screen in the dark.
11) The brain gets scared when you start having negative thoughts.
Take care of your organs and don't scare them!
All these organs are not available in the market.
The existing ones are very expensive and most likely not suitable for you...
So keep your organs healthy!
