Massage Therapy
Massage therapy has proven successful in treating problems related to excess tension build up, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal injuries, as well as emotional and physical problems that can result from living a low-­‐touch life. In addition to working with pain and tension problems in the different parts of the body, massage therapy is very effective with people who suffer from chronic headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and the discomforts of pregnancy and fibromyalgia. People in psychotherapy who would like to be more in touch with their bodies also benefit greatly from massage. Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an alternative medicine that treats people by the insertion and manipulation of needles in the body. It can relieve pain, decrease anxiety, treat and prevent disease and promote general health. Yoga

Thai yoga bodywork (TYB) is an ancient healing system that combines acupressure, energy balancing techniques, Indian ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. TYB aims to reduce stress, harmonize and energize the body, loosen physical and emotional blockages, increase flexibility, and improve circulation.

At the tarot salon led by astrologer and tarot teacher, Laura Campagna, we'll go over the basics of the Major and Minor Arcana and 4 suits corresponding to the elements and foundational aspects of life. Bring your own tarot deck and a journal if you have one. If not, decks will be provided.

Laura Campagna is a writer, astrologer, tarot reader, and energy healer from Boston, MA. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and is co-author of Pagan Baby: A Kids Guide to the Cosmos. She believes in the power of myth and magic to transform lives.astrology
