Who said skills check-offs had to be boring?! 😜 Our team turned learning into a carnival of skills, challenges, and a little friendly competition! 🎯🎈

From medication safety and infection control to equipment cleaning, trach scenarios, wound care, and “What Would You Do?” challenges, our staff put their knowledge and skills to the test!

Meet Tori Richard, Fair Oaks Director of Nursing. Tori stated, “Fair Oaks Health & Rehabilitation has been more than just my workplace since I joined in 2019—it has truly become my second home. I started my journey as a CNA with a passion for caring for others, and through the encouragement of incredible mentors and coworkers, I was blessed with the opportunity to grow into my role as Director of Nursing.”

Outside of work, Tori enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, trap shooting, and gardening. She has been married to her husband Anthony, for two years, and together they have 4 fur babies.

Tori also stated, “I am incredibly grateful for the journey that brought me here and for the opportunity to continue serving the residents, families, and team that make Fair Oaks such a special place.”

Meet Caitlyn Nuckolls, our Occupational Therapist/Director of Rehab at Fairoaks Health and Rehabilitation. Caitlyn has worked in our therapy department for 4 years. She graduated with her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019. Caitlyn is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her reading, spending time outdoors, making memories with her family, loving on her dog, Hank, or relaxing at the beach.

A huge thank you to Kingdom Kids Daycare for brightening our residents’ day by planting beautiful flowers for them to place in their windowsills! 🌸💜

As these flowers bloom and grow, they’re a beautiful reminder that God’s love grows too. With a little care, sunshine, and faith, His love continues to flourish in our hearts every day.

We are so thankful for the kindness, smiles, and love the children shared with our residents. What a special way to make lasting memories together! 🌼✝️
