Have you or someone you love ever felt like the transition into adulthood has been harder than expected?
LIFE Launch is a supportive group for neurodivergent young adults (or those who think they may be neurodivergent) who want to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, make meaningful social connections, and gain practical tools for independent living. No formal diagnosis or fee is required to participate.
The program also offers a separate caregiver group where parents and caregivers can connect with others, share experiences, and learn strategies for supporting their young adult while encouraging independence.
Whether you're looking to improve executive functioning, self-advocacy, workplace skills, or simply find a community that understands, LIFE Launch is here to help.
