We consistently receive high marks on these surveys and they are available for review by request. Our Agency uses Clinical Pathways for over 50 home care diagnoses. These guidelines provide for consistent, highly standardized care. It's just one of many tools we use to provide the best care possible.

🎉 WHAT A FANTASTIC SENIOR FAIR DAY! 🎡❤️

Today was one for the memory books! The Quality Family of Companies was proud to host Senior Fair Day as we celebrated an incredible milestone — 100 YEARS of the Scott County Fair! 🎉💯

We welcomed over 100 seniors for a day packed with fun, laughter, great music, friendly competition, and wonderful memories!

🎱 And BINGO was a HUGE hit!

Seeing so many seniors come together, visit with friends, laugh, compete, sing along, and simply enjoy the fair is exactly what makes days like this so special. ❤️

For 100 years, the Scott County Fair has been a place where generations of families have gathered and memories have been made. We are incredibly proud that The Quality Family of Companies could be part of continuing that tradition and celebrating the seniors who have helped make our community what it is today.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Senior Fair Day 2026 such a success. HUGE THANK YOU to the vendors that came, the door prizes that were brought or donated, bingo prizes donated by Mountain Peoples Health, the ladies at the Senior Center for the wonderful meal & esp to Gursr Baptist Church of Oneida for graciously letting us use their fellowship hall!!

Today we celebrated our Jamestown office and their work to shower our community with care during our Spring care initiative. Our Jamestown office worked together to help educate and shower both community members and other local healthcare providers with care and education. Receiving special recognition were home health clinical director, Whitney Hamby, and Marketing team member, Jessie Cooper. Way to go Jamestown Office!
