When emotions are pushed down instead of expressed, they don’t disappear — they show up in other ways.
Suppressing emotions can impact you mentally, physically, and emotionally:

Mentally: increased anxiety, racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating

Physically: headaches, muscle tension, fatigue, stomach issues

Emotionally: irritability, numbness, feeling disconnected from yourself or others

Your body keeps the score. Your mind remembers. Your emotions wait to be heard.
You deserve space to process what you’ve been carrying.
