Things I won't do as your massage
therapist
1. Let you talk negatively about yourself. Not in my treatment room. I'l always remind you how amazing you are and be your biggest hype person.,
2. Rush you on or off the table. The whole reason you're here is to slow down, switch off and have a moment to just breathe. There's no rushing here.
3. Judge you in any way: Greasy hair, body hair, scars, beautiful belly rolls, spots dandruff..guess what? I'm human and have all of these things too. You're welcome exactly as you are.
4. Pressure you to book your next appointment You come back when you're ready. There is never any
pressure from me.
5. Force conversation. Some days you want to chat, and some days you don't and that's completely okay. You set the tone. Whether you need to talk, be quiet, laugh, or simply exist, I'm here for it.
6. Make you feel bad for showing emotion. Crying, laughing, feeling overwhelmed... it's all welcome here. It happens more often than you might think, and l'm simply grateful you've felt safe enough to let go.
7. Make you feel uncomfortable about speaking up. If you need more or less pressure, want to adjust something, or simply have a question during your treatment, please tell me. Your feedback helps me create the best experience
possible for you.
My treatment room is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with no expectations and no judgement.
