Earlier this week I attended my first Rebound Class at Rock Rebounding
I loved the neon sign "Come As You Are."
For me that meant:
🩷Come nervous
🩷Come self-conscious
🩷Come tired
Coach Carrie was enthusiastic and supportive and 13 women tried something new!
