There is something sacred about gathering with women as the sun rises.

The horses have been reminding me that healing doesn't happen because we force it. It happens when we slow down, breathe, and remember who we are.

This 8/8 Portal, I'm opening a small circle at the farm for any woman who feels called to begin the day in community, intention, and connection.
We'll welcome the sunrise, spend time with the horses, journal, reflect, share if you feel called, and simply create space to reconnect with ourselves.

If sunrise doesn't work for enough women, we'll move the circle later in the morning.

The important part isn't the hour.......it's the intention of coming together.

For so many years, I searched outside of myself for permission to be happy.

I thought the right relationship, the right circumstances, or someone else's approval would finally make me feel whole.

What I've learned is that healing begins the moment we believe we're worthy of peace exactly as we are.

The horses remind me of this every single day.

They don't care about our titles, our past, our mistakes, or the stories we've been told.

They simply respond to who we are in the present moment.

Today I realized something.

For a long time, I thought my divorce was the end of my story.

What I couldn't see then was that it was also the beginning of my return to myself.

The last few years have stretched me in ways I never imagined.

There were days I questioned my worth, my strength, my future, and whether I would ever feel whole again.

But healing has a funny way of revealing who you really are.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to become a powerful woman and realized I already was one.

Not because life became easy.

Not because I had all the answers.

But because I kept going.

I kept showing up.

I kept choosing myself.

Today I feel gratitude for every lesson, every tear, every hard conversation, and every moment that forced me to grow.

The marriage ended.

The woman I was ended too.

And what emerged from the ashes is someone stronger, softer, wiser, and more alive than I have ever been.

Here's to new chapters, deeper self-love, and trusting the journey, even when we can't yet see where it's leading.

🌅 Sunrise Horse Healing Circle 🌅

I've been feeling called to gather women around the horses again.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with ourselves.

This Saturday morning, I'll be hosting a small Sunrise Horse Healing Circle at Mystic Hooves Healing.

We'll spend time with the horses, practice grounding breathwork, connect with other women, and begin the day from a place of peace instead of pressure.

No horse experience is necessary.

One year ago today, I opened this package.

I never shared this video.

At the time, I don't think I fully understood what this ring would come to mean.

A dear friend took pieces of my mom's jewelry, her wedding band, class rings, and treasures collected over a lifetime and created this crown ring.

At the time, I saw a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Today, I see something different.

Over the last year, life has asked me to let go of people I thought would be there forever.

To walk through heartbreak.

To rebuild.

To choose myself.

To remember my worth.

Looking back at this video now, I realize this ring was never just a ring.

It was a reminder.

A reminder of the strength I come from.

A reminder that even when life feels like it's falling apart, something beautiful can still be created from what remains.

A year later, I understand the message far more than I did when I opened the box.

I don't need to become someone else.

I simply need to remember who I am.

And maybe that's what healing really is.

Tonight, I gave myself the same gift I offer others.

No expectations. No agenda. No proving. No performing.

Just stillness.

I laid on the table, took a deep breath, and within moments felt my body soften.

My heart slowed.

My nervous system settled.

And then Digs showed up.

Not because I called him. Not because I asked him to.

Because horses know.

They feel what words cannot explain.
