We are excited to announce a new family group! Chasity and Mateo will be hosting a Hold Me Tight Let Me Go Workshop based on Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotion Focused Therapy research.
* For families with teens ages 15-19
* Recognize and change negative cycles
*Improve communication
* Strengthen attachment even while practicing autonomy

Time: Friday July 17th 5-8 PM (Adults only)
Saturday July 18th 8-5 (Teens and Adults)
**Lunch provided onsite**
