The phone lines are down this morning at EFCC, 10/24/25. Anyone trying to call for an appointment or wanting to come in this morning can simply just walk in. If you’re needing to make an appointment for a later date or have any questions, you may do so through the Facebook messenger app. Spectrum anticipates the outage to continue until 11:00 am.
