Give yourself some love! Sing this song while looking in the mirror. That’s right, do it for YOU! You deserve the apology, it’s ok to love who you were when you were damaged. And it’s seriously ok to thank yourself for your work. It doesn’t mean you discredit any help from any source you had. Let’s be real though, it only worked because you accepted the challenge and followed through with maximum effort.
