Our caregiver spotlight this week is Marissa!

Marissa was inspired to become a caregiver after caring for her mother. That experience inspired her to help and care for others. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys painting and spending time with her daughter.

Meet our director, Heather!

Heather's healthcare journey started 24 years ago as a cook in a nursing facility, and it didn't take long for her love of caring for the elderly to take root. From there, she worked her way up: CNA, Activity Director, social services designee, marketing and admissions. She's worked in SNF settings, hospice, and even ran an adult daycare before joining our Visiting Angels team just 6 months after we opened!

As a wife, mom of 3, bonus mom of 2, and grandma to 1 sweet grandson, Heather knows firsthand what it means to care for family. When she's not making a difference in the lives of our clients, you can find her spending time with her loved ones, getting her nails done, riding 4-wheelers, or tending to her flowers. 🌸

In her free time, Cheyanne enjoys listening to music, watching movies, baking, and spending time with her family.

Her passion for caregiving began with her grandmother, who inspired her to pursue this meaningful career. Through that experience, Cheyanne learned how much a caring presence can impact someone's life, and she hopes to create those same connections with every client she serves.
