🌟🌟Employee Spotlight of the Week🌟🌟
This week’s Employee Spotlight shines on Chad Westbrooks, who has dedicated 17 years of service to Regional Paramedics Service and continues to be an invaluable member of our team.
Chad spent several years serving as an Advanced EMT before earning his Paramedic license, and his experience and leadership have made him a trusted resource for both patients and coworkers. In addition to his role as a Paramedic, Chad serves as a Field Training Officer (FTO), Paramedic Intercept, and frequently steps up as a fill-in Supervisor when needed.
Throughout his career with RPS, Chad has served communities across multiple counties. He began his journey in Walker County, later worked in Winston and Jefferson Counties, and has spent the past several years back home serving the citizens of Walker County.
Outside of RPS, Chad is committed to helping others through his service with the Blackwater Search and Rescue Team, assisting with missing person searches and disaster response efforts. He is also a proud member of both the Black Pond and Thach Fire Departments.
When he’s not serving his community, Chad enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and cruising around in his new Bronco. If you know Chad, you also know he’s probably planning his next prank. Whether he’s at work or off duty, Chad has earned a reputation as one of the biggest pranksters around, keeping everyone on their toes and making sure there’s never a dull moment.
Thank you, Chad, for your years of dedication, leadership, service, and for keeping us laughing along the way. We’re proud to have you as part of the RPS family!
