💪 Restore Strength Training Program:
• Small groups of 2–3 participants
• Personalized modifications and guidance from a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
• Focus on core strength, pelvic floor health, bone density, and total-body strength
• Clinically informed programming that emphasizes safe, effective progressions

👩‍🍼 Perfect for moms who are ready to rebuild strength safely and confidently but open to any woman looking for expert guidance and a supportive environment.

⭐ What makes it uniquely affective?
This isn't a workout class. It's intentional strength training designed to:
• Support pelvic floor and core recovery
• Improve bone density
• Build real, lasting strength
• Develop confidence with foundational movement patterns

📅 Program Details:
• 6-week sessions - 2x per week for 30 minutes
• Track your progress with measurements and biometrics taken at the beginning and end of each 6 week session
• Stay with the same small group and coach throughout the entire program
• Sign up with a friend or ask to be fitted with a partner that shares your goals
• Consistent time blocks to get results
• $25 per session
