🧲 Magnetic Field Therapy is now available as part of my energy work sessions!

My new therapy mat allows me to select and customize frequency settings based on the intention of your session, adding another layer to the Reiki, energy work, sound, and nervous-system-focused techniques I already use.

Think of it as another tool in my Aura Flow toolbox, one that allows your session to be even more intentionally customized to what your body + mind need that day.

Session Spotlight: Bioresonance Reset

One of my favorite parts of offering Bio-Well Energy Scans at Aura is taking all of that information and turning it into something you can actually use.

After your scan, I personally review your results and send you custom feedback + recommendations based on YOUR energetic patterns.

We’ll look at things like: Overall energy + stress patterns, energy reserves, chakra alignment, meridian energy, lifestyle patterns, areas that may benefit from additional energetic support, and simple practices you can begin incorporating at home.

Then I put it together into a personalized healing plan with recommendations for nervous system support, grounding, rest, nourishment, energetic practices and Aura sessions that may best support you.
