🌧️🏃‍♀️💙 What a fantastic day at the First Annual Creek Fest!

Hometown Health Direct Primary Care was honored to sponsor the 5K race, and despite the rainy weather, the turnout was incredible. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to support our community and enjoy a day filled with fellowship, fun, and local pride.

From the runners and walkers to the amazing food, live music, and local vendors, Creek Fest showcased the very best of what makes our community special.

A special thank you to The MadOx House for providing a great Beer Garden experience, and congratulations to the Mossy Creek Foundation for organizing such a successful inaugural event. Just because you 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 healthy doesn't always mean everything 𝘪𝘴 healthy. 🩺

Annual checkups help catch potential health concerns early, often before symptoms appear. Regular visits with your primary care provider can help monitor blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and other important indicators of your overall health.

Taking an hour for a yearly checkup today could help prevent bigger health issues tomorrow.

Schedule your annual wellness visit and invest in your long-term health.
