Just a reminder that Dr. Strong is on vacation and will have limited contact on the SigmaMD portal this week. Reganne is still answering phone calls during normal business hours 8:30-5 pm Monday-Friday, but will not be in the office. If you have a newborn who needs to see Dr. Strong, then please contact Reganne to get your visit set-up.

Pilates lunch break. Moms, you can and will pour from an empty cup, but take snippets of time to care for yourself. Start with one habit and make it a small obtainable goal. Today that looked like a free YouTube Pilates video and leftover stir fry for lunch. Motherhood is a blessing and your health is a gift to your child. I also have to continue to workout so I can crawl on the floor with my patients for years to come.

Near and dear to my heart. If you're a mom who has walked through airway issues with your little one, this is a great episode.
