The EF Club - Get ready, do, done!

Executive Functioning Skills for kids! Help your child strengthen the skills they need to plan, organize, focus, problem-solve, and follow through! Through engaging games, collaborative challenges, and real-life activities, children will learn practical strategies for flexible thinking, time management, task initiation, working memory, self-monitoring, and emotional regulation—all while building confidence and independence.

The group will meet on Tuesdays from 4:30–5:30 PM at the Jefferson Valley office!

Self-Direction: An Overview

Learn about OPWDD’s self-direction services which allows for more choice in OPWDD-funded supports and services. The individual must be eligible for OPWDD services and participating in Care Management services through a Care Coordination Organization (CCO) to be approved for self-direction. Check out our little friend (who attends feeding therapy) enjoying ice cream at a family pool party this past weekend! Ice cream has been a food that he has been interested in, but wasn’t previously eating until a few weeks ago in therapy!
