Our Margate Health and Rehabilitation team had such a great time at the Back-to-School Blast! It was wonderful getting out into the community and helping our local students get ready for another great school year. ✏️🖍️

A big thank you to the Ashe County Sheriffs Office and Ashe County school system for putting together such a fun event for our families! We loved being a part of it and handing out school supplies to all the kids. 💙

Today, we proudly celebrate 250 years of American independence. A milestone that honors the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit that have shaped our nation since 1776.

As we reflect on this historic anniversary, we are especially grateful for the veterans, service members, first responders, healthcare professionals, and all those who continue to serve our communities with dedication and compassion.

Margate Health and Rehabilitation loved welcoming a talented local singer to spend the afternoon with our residents and community members! Music, laughter, sweet treats, and great company made for such a special time together. 🎶

Guests enjoyed live music along with refreshments, while making wonderful memories with friends, old and new. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make today so special! 💙

This week, in celebration of National Volunteer Week, a few of our amazing team members at Margate Health and Rehabilitation had the opportunity to give back by volunteering at our local food pantry.

Serving our community goes beyond the walls of our facility, and we’re so proud of our staff for stepping up and making a difference where it matters most. We also took a moment to show appreciation for the incredible volunteers who give their time to support our residents every day by surprising them with small gifts as a thank you for all they do!

It’s a week all about giving, gratitude, and community and we’re thankful to be a part of it. 💙
