I've had quite a few people ask why I no longer allow online scheduling, so I wanted to explain.

The simple answer is that I need to have control over what my workdays look like so I can keep my body healthy and continue doing the job I love.

That might sound confusing, so let me explain. Every body is different. Some sessions require more pressure, some clients have different body types, and some problem areas are much more physically demanding than others. After 10 years as a massage therapist, I know my clients, what they need, and how each session affects my body.

To continue giving every client the quality of care they deserve—and to make sure I can keep doing this for many more years—I have to be intentional about how I schedule my days. That means balancing my appointments in a way that protects my body while still giving each client my very best.

I truly appreciate your understanding and your support. Thank you for trusting me with your care for the past 10 years. My goal is to keep helping you feel your best for many years to come. ❤️

I’m so excited to share that I am now the proud owner of Body Masters in the Lincoln building Jefferson Iowa—the very place I’ve been honored to provide massage services for the past 10 years.
I’ll continue offering the same care you know and love, including massage, prenatal massage, cupping, hot stones, reflexology and now bamboo stick therapy. We also have some new services in the works that I can’t wait to introduce soon.
Kate is still here, continuing to provide her wonderful nail services!
There may even be a new name coming as this next chapter unfolds… so stay tuned!
Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. I’m so grateful and excited for what’s ahead 🤍
