🍂 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴! 𝗔 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝘆𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘇 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 ✨

I have some important changes coming this fall, and I wanted to share them with you. ❤️

Over the past several months, there have been shifts in my business and at the community center. More recently, my family’s circumstances have also changed, including some family health changes. Taking everything into consideration, I’ve realized that I need to pivot.

My goal is to simplify, reduce overhead, and create a sustainable structure so I can continue keeping my services affordable for you without continually raising prices.

This isn’t an ending—it’s a beautiful new chapter! Here’s what’s coming starting in October:

✨ 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗶 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Moving to Hole in the Wall - Vintage & More in Albany! I’ll be offering a limited number of sessions each month.

𝗠𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗶 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Greater Jefferson Community Center 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵. If you’d like to get in for a Reiki session before the move, please message me and I’ll do my best to get you scheduled!

🌀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀: Moving exclusively to Hole in the Wall in Albany and held on the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.

🎟️ Early bird: $𝟯𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵, then $45.
Space is strictly limited to 𝟲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀!

💃 𝗭𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮: 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻! Our fall session begins 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵 at the Greater Jefferson Community Center.

I’m currently gathering commitments for the discounted prepaid option, with a minimum of 𝟱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 needed. If we don’t reach that minimum, we’ll switch to drop-in attendance, with a minimum of 𝟰 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 needed for class to run. Let me know if you are interested in joining our Jefferson Zumba Crew.🫶

💃✨ Fall Zumba is coming! ✨💃

UPDATE: WE JUST NEED 1 MORE❤️

Hi everyone! I’m getting things organized for our Fall Zumba term, which starts September 16th, and I’d love to get a few more people on board!

I currently have 3 people committed to the prepay option, and I’m looking for 2 more people to reach our minimum of 5 participants.

Fall Zumba starts: September 16th
Prepay option: $90 for the term
Payment due by: September 13th

Once we have 5 committed participants, I’ll release the registration/payment link and get everyone officially registered for the Fall term!

If we don’t reach the 5-person minimum for prepay, that’s okay! We’ll switch to the $7 drop-in option, with a minimum of 4 attendees needed to run each class.

I have a few limited openings left for Reiki sessions this month before my schedule gets a little busier with family commitments and travel.

If you’ve been feeling called to take some time for yourself, slow down, reconnect, and receive some support, I would love to hold space for you. 💛

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, grounding, emotional support, or simply a moment to pause and reset, Reiki can be a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself.

I’m so excited to be offering FREE outdoor Zumba workshops this summer! My goal is to create a fun, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable joining in. No pressure, no experience needed.

These workshops are for all ages and all abilities, so whether you’ve been doing Zumba for years or have never tried it before, you’re invited! Just come move your body, have fun, and enjoy connecting with our amazing community.
