Long labor. Emergency C-section. Vacuum or forceps delivery. Even a "perfectly normal" birth puts significant stress on a newborn's spine and nervous system.
And that stress doesn't just disappear.
It can show up as:
→ Colic or excessive fussiness
→ Trouble latching
→ Constipation
→ Poor sleep
→ Favoring one side
→ Missing motor milestones
Your baby can't tell you something feels off. But their body will.
This is why I check every baby I can get my hands on... especially after a rough entry into the world. A few gentle adjustments can make a world of difference for a nervous system that's been under stress since day one.
