Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. Reaching out to a family member, friend, colleague, or even a stranger can offer hope and potentially change the course of someone’s life. A simple act of care, a genuine question, or a moment of listening can make a powerful difference. No matter how small, every action counts, and while we may never fully know the impact of our words or gestures, we all have the ability to reach in and ask someone how they are really doing.

The unit will be at the DCHD the second Wednesday of the month from 10am - 4pm.
