👓 Getting glasses for the first time? A little adjustment period is normal, but a few simple tips can make the transition easier.

✅ Wear them as your eye doctor recommends so your eyes can adjust.
✅ Make sure your frames feel comfortable and don’t pinch your nose or ears.
✅ Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner to avoid scratches.
✅ Store your glasses in a protective case when you’re not wearing them.
✅ Put them on and take them off with both hands to help keep the frames aligned.
✅ If you notice ongoing headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, or discomfort, contact your eye care provider.
