Nobody changes because they’re told they’re wrong. People change when they see something different and think “wait... what if that’s better?”

That’s what the Child-Led Autism Summit does every year. It puts thousands of professionals in the same (virtual) room with speakers who show them what’s possible when we follow the child instead of the plan. And it does it with grace, not judgment. Because that’s the only way real change happens.
