Hey everyone! I know I've been absent for a very long time, so i figured i would check in to say I'm still alive.
For probably the first time in my life I've been focused soldey on myself. Mental health, physical health and spiritual health. I'm working very hard to come back as stronger and on both feet.

My meditation today showed me the flow of the universe. The wind flows the rivers, lava flows, life flows. Allow yourself to go with the current. Life doesn't always have to be going against the flow.

It's okay to lean into the wind when you can't hold yourself up. Let yourself be carried when you can't walk. Surrender is not weakness. It's a part of the human experience.

It's okay to not be okay sometimes. It's our great storyteller minds that create hard times. Remember we are light, we are all one. Wr are outside of time and space the only truth is love. Nothing can truly hurt us. We are not this physical world. Remember that we are forever we are infinite. Love yourself because I love you.
