For families managing food allergies, trick-or-treating can require a little extra preparation.

Dr. Danielle Fisenne from Pediatric Health Associates spoke with News12 to share a few important reminders to help keep Halloween fun and safe, including carrying your child's EpiPen, carefully checking candy labels and ingredients, and knowing what to look out for before letting little ones dig into their treats.

This Tuesday, many of our home office staff reunited face to face for the first time in over 18 months! We were so thankful we could all get together to celebrate their hard work in honor of Employee Appreciation Day. For our team members who were not able to be there in person, you were missed, and we hope to be together soon. Thank you, everyone, for all you do each and every day. We appreciate you all more than you know!

Dr. Camillery was joined by pro football hall of famer, Curtis Martin at the Safe Center’s fundraising event, an event to strengthen our ability to make a difference in the lives of families on Long Island.
