Thank you to our community, friends, and partners who helped us celebrate National Health Center last week. We had a great turnout, providing health services and health information to about 400 community members. Health services included basic health screenings, dental cleanings, sickle cell testing, hereditary cancer screenings, HIV testing, and flu shots.
It was a fun day of food, ice cream, music, games, and a scavenger hunt where we gave cash prizes to the three lucky winners. We are grateful to our community for helping us celebrate National Health Center Week, as well as to our team and partners for helping make the event a success. National Health Center Week serves as a important reminder of the invaluable dedication and work that health centers across the nation provide to their local communities.
