Today I was asked, "What is Avita Hope LLC". So let me put a little more information out there for those who need/want it! At Avita Hope we provide outpatient services to individuals with substance use and co-occuring disorders. We offer IOP/OP/MAT/MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, & have a Psychiatrist on staff for those with co-occuring disorders who are in need of Psychiatric medications. At this time we are only accepting clients with NJ Medicaid. If you or someone you know lives in the Jersey City area, has Medicaid and is in need of substance use disorder or co-occuring outpaitient treatment, please do not hesitate to call us!
