We are so proud of you, Bridgette! 💪

Happy Sunday, my FB FAM!!! Well... this year, I'm celebrating twenty-five years of running half and full marathons and other distances in-between... And today I ran my 46th half marathon... The UTHealth Houston Half Marathon completed ✔️!!! 🤸🏾‍♀️💃🏾👣👟💪🏾🙌🏾😊❤

This is one of my favorite local races because it's presented by the Houston Striders, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on community wellness and charitable outreach. They put on a phenomenal event, starting with the well organized packet pickup/Expo. Great race! Great sponsors! Great volunteers! Great spectators! Great food! Great tech shirt! Great medal! Great, everything!

I never want to miss mentioning Yoga Dragon and their awesome practices that help keep me injury free.

Grateful for God's #2024
