Today, we remember the brave Service Members from communities across Southeast Georgia and the rest of the United States, who gave their lives in service to our nation.

These names represent heroes, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, parents, family members, friends, neighbors, and loved ones whose sacrifice helped preserve the freedoms we enjoy every day.

On this Memorial Day, we honor all who paid the ultimate price in defense of our country and remember the families and communities forever changed by their loss.

May their courage, service, and sacrifice never be forgotten.

Trinity, daughter of a Bone & Joint Institute employee, graduated from Long County High School, Class of 2026 — and we couldn’t be more proud of all your hard work and dedication.

Andee, a valued member of the Bone & Joint Institute team, earned her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from South Georgia State College. Your passion for caring for others and commitment to excellence is truly inspiring.

Last night, we were proud to support Wayne County High School Football with the donation of their new football tunnel! It was an honor working alongside Athletic Director Justin McDonald and Touchdown Club members Michael Lewis and Holly Lane to help bring this project to life for the Yellow Jackets program.

We hope this tunnel becomes part of many unforgettable Friday nights and lasting memories for the players, coaches, students, and community.

Wishing the Jackets a productive summer training camp and a great football season ahead. We can’t wait to cheer you on and support you from the sidelines this upcoming season.

Yesterday we were proud to partner with Liberty Family Medicine to provide free sports physicals for the student athletes of Long County Middle School!

Our team from Bone & Joint included Dr. Valosen, Kyle Deuter, PA, Brooke Dell, RN and Kristy Brown LPN, working alongside Liberty’s outstanding providers—Rebecca Shaver, PA, Shannon Hatmaker, FNP, and Carleigh Griner, FNP-C—to help ensure these students are healthy, safe, and ready for the upcoming sports season.

A big thank you to Athletic Director Andrew McAfree and supporting faculty for organizing such a smooth and well-coordinated event. We truly appreciate the opportunity to support our local students and their commitment to athletics.
