EDIT: This is a friendly reminder that our office will be closed 1 week for Spring Break beginning Monday, April 6th and we will reopen for normal clinic hours on Tuesday, April 14th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and if needed, please have your pharmacy send over a refill request prior to these dates. Anyone scheduled during this time will be contacted by our office staff.
