Hodgeman County Health Center Hodgeman County Health Center (HCHC) emphasizes an environment of care where your health is our concern.

We provide acute-care/in-patient facilities, an emergency room, a medical clinic, on-site long term care center and an independent living complex. HCHC offers health and wellness services such as Acute and Emergency care, Out-Patient Service, Surgery, in-house Physical Therapy, an up-to-date Wellness Center, Diagnostic Services, and other associated services.
