Hodgeman County Health Center (HCHC) emphasizes an environment of care where your health is our concern.

We provide acute-care/in-patient facilities, an emergency room, a medical clinic, on-site long term care center and an independent living complex. HCHC offers health and wellness services such as Acute and Emergency care, Out-Patient Service, Surgery, in-house Physical Therapy, an up-to-date Wellness Center, Diagnostic Services, and other associated services.

From fixing what’s broken to keeping everything in working order, these guys help make sure our team has what it needs to care for our community. ❤️

We had a wonderful time welcoming our 6th graders and the Kids Can group as they spent time with our residents doing manicures and decorating their doors for fall! 💅🍂

These amazing kids and their teachers brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and autumn cheer to our halls. Our residents love when people of all ages come in to spend time with them.

A big THANK YOU to our 6th graders, Mrs. Bowman, Miss Smith and the Kids Can group for sharing your time, creativity, and kindness with our residents. You helped make our days a little brighter and our halls a little more festive! 🧡🍁

Yesterday at the ISB we had some visitors from the Jetmore Good News group. They helped us clear out some flower beds and pack up our patio cushions for the winter. They got it done in no time! What a huge blessing they were. Thank you kids for coming to help us out!
